Google Calendar and Google API Data

ADM Photo & Video uses Google OAuth and Google Calendar integration to support scheduling and appointment management within our internal booking and operations system.

When an authorized ADM Photo & Video user connects a Google account, our application may request permission to access Google Calendar information necessary to operate these scheduling features.

Depending on the permissions authorized by the user, the application may access calendar information including event titles, dates, times, locations, descriptions, attendees, calendar identifiers, and other event information required for scheduling and booking operations.

We use Google Calendar data to:

• Display appointments and scheduling information within our operations system.
• Coordinate photography and media appointments.
• Match calendar events with customer bookings.
• Detect scheduling conflicts and availability.
• Keep booking and scheduling information synchronized between authorized systems.
• Create, update, reschedule, or cancel calendar events when the authorized user has granted the application permission to perform those actions.

ADM Photo & Video does not use Google Calendar data for advertising purposes.

Google user data is accessed only for functionality related to ADM Photo & Video’s business operations and is not sold to third parties.

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including applicable Limited Use requirements.

Data Storage and Retention

Information necessary to operate our booking and business systems may be stored in our databases and systems for as long as reasonably necessary to provide our services, maintain business and accounting records, resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations, and maintain the integrity of our booking and scheduling history.

Calendar information imported or synchronized through Google may be associated with corresponding booking and scheduling records within the ADM Photo & Video operations system.

We take reasonable administrative and technical measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

Sharing of Information

We do not sell personal information or Google user data.
